– The Department would try to provide necessary office space (for formal use only) and support for the Alumni Association.

– Alumni Faculty members would serve as Advisers rather than being part of the Executive Committee.
– The majority of the Executive Committee should comprise non-faculty alumni members for better market exposure and reach.
– A few Alumni Faculty members may be included in the Executive Committee to facilitate linkage with Department activities.
6. **Inclusiveness of Alumni Association:**
– The Alumni Association is open to all degree holders of IB from BBA to PhD, ensuring inclusiveness.
– Alumni from MITB, EMBA, MPhil, DBA, and PhD programs are welcome to contribute.
7. **Action Plan and Next Steps:**
– Formation of the new Executive Committee within the next 15 days.
– Reformulate the constitution of the Alumni Association.
– Launch the Alumni Website after forming the new Executive Committee & Board of Advisers.
– Establish a well-defined team for website tasks, including member request approvals and verifications.
– Showcase successful alumni on the website to inspire current students and recent graduates.
– Plan a day-long outing session arranged by the Alumni Association in the first week of August 2024 to increase engagement and awareness.
– IB Day to be fully organized by the Alumni Association to strengthen connections.
– Create a yearly agenda and program calendar, focusing on manageable and impactful events.
– Celebrate alumni successes through recognition initiatives.
– Invite successful alumni to the freshers’ orientation to inspire new students.
